What Types of Repairs Do You Handle?

Repairs may be available for LVP, hardwood, tile, and carpet — the right approach depends on the material, the damage, and the condition of the surrounding floor.

For LVP and vinyl plank, we can replace individual damaged planks, whether caused by heavy impact, deep scratches, or lifting edges, and blend the repair into your existing floor.

For hardwood, common repairs include replacing damaged or cupped boards, addressing squeaks and loose boards, spot-sanding localized damage, and refinishing worn areas. Matching a new board to older, aged wood is not always perfect — color variation, fading, finish differences, and surrounding wear all affect how closely a repair blends.

For tile, we replace cracked, chipped, or broken tiles with precision, setting each replacement with premium mortar and leveling it flush with the surrounding surface. A single bad tile does not have to mean a whole new floor.

For carpet, we offer professional re-stretching to eliminate ripples, buckles, and loose areas that develop over time, and we patch damaged sections — including pet damage, cuts, and burns — matching the existing pile as closely as possible.
